LIAD Invoicing builds your financial statements for you when you use the following features ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE (or desktop computer):

Professional, Personalised Quotations sent straight from site to improve your chances of getting the work;

Professional, Personalised Invoices sent as soon as the work is done to reduce the time taken to collect your money;

Consolidate Contacts off all your staff’s devices and create a ‘One to Many’ relationship -linking all linked Contacts (Individuals) to one Customer (Company/Family) so all works and contact can be tracked across your company;

A Receivables Module helps you manage (with Reminders and email follow-up templates) any money that is due to you;

A Payables Module helps you manage (with Reminders) any bills you need to pay;

A Task Manager allows you to assign or receive tasks plus leave comments and receive due-date reminders to action/follow up; and

A Timesheet module allows you and your team to record time by Customer and Job, then bill the time directly.

Simple to Use

LIAD Invoicing uses icons to navigate and almost any action doesn’t need you to exit what you are busy with, wherever possible it needs one Action click, followed by a simple form. By taking a photograph of the transaction slip, you don’t need to keep the slip, as a copy is linked directly to the transaction and can be retrieved at any time to be printed or mailed as required.

Cloud-Based

If you are online, LIAD Invoicing will be available to you. Data security is vital, so your company data is backed up and encrypted end-to-end across multiple data centres and is protected to the same level as Internet banking operations. This is coupled with a 4-digit pin or (where supported by the device in use) use of Fingerprint Touch ID. Therefore if you lose your device, your company data is totally secure.

Before you need to enter any payment details, you are entitled to a free 30-day trial of the LIAD Invoicing system. Hopefully you enjoy using LIAD Invoicing and decide to join us - subscriptions are priced according to your country but the subscription amount will be shown in the application before you complete the payment. There are no long-term contracts, subscriptions renew each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged within the 24 hours before the end of the current period and you will be charged for one month at a time. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication where applicable.
